My name is Shannon Herzog and I am excited to be teaching the toddler class and the 5’s class at WCCNS. I am ready to teach, read and learn with the students in a co-op atmosphere. I am looking forward to another great year!
My family has been part of the co-op for eleven years. Previously I taught kindergarten in Dayton prior to being a stay at home mom. I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from the University of Dayton. I also have a Master’s Degree from Xavier University as a reading specialist.
My husband, Rusty, and I have five children and they all have graduated from WCCNS. We see Co-op families everywhere and still get together. The preschool family is amazing and we have made many great memories here!Type your paragraph here.

My name is Lisa Cortez. I am so very excited to be teaching the 4’s class this year, and am looking forward to getting to know each of you.
My husband, Ben, and I have been married for 12 years, and our family moved to Ohio about 3 years ago. We have three children, ages 5, 7, and 9. Our youngest, Oliver, is a recent alum of Mrs. Chris’s 3’s and 4’s classes.
I graduated from Purdue University with a K-12 Special Education teaching degree and spent 8 years working with children in both primary and secondary settings. For the past 6 years I have been busy planning fun and educational activities at home for my own children.
We have thoroughly enjoyed being part of the WCCNS family and I am eager to get back in the classroom and embark on a fun-filled year of learning experiences with you!
My name is Sarah Cumby and I am excited to have the opportunity to teach the children in the 3's class this year. I previously taught elementary special education for 6 years. I graduated from the University of Cincinnati in 2009 with a Bachelor's in special education. I also have my Master's as also reading specialist.
My husband, Brad, and I are excited for the experiences and memories in the co-op. My son, Carter, will be in the 5's class. My daughter, Katie, is 2 years old and will join the co-op in the future.
